Capable of finding an interesting angle even in a pile of discarded figures in a workshop, photographer Tomás Casademunt visited the artisans who make plaster images of the saints, the Virgin and Christ in Mexico and Spain. The result is an involuntary collage of sacred and profane objects that his photographer’s eye has turned into beautiful compositions.
