A hundred years ago in Mexico City, construction began on a monumental building that was meant to be the seat of the federal legislature. The project’s designer, Émile Bénard, never saw his dream come true. This book allows us a glimpse of the Legislative Palace as it was planned, as well as of the reasons why it was never completed.
